Oh sugar, sugar!

If you’re in the mood for luxury, here is an indulgent product from Pure Lochside that will leave you feeling fabulous. It’s their Organic Sugar Body Scrub and it has received the Natural Health Beauty Award in the “Best Body Scrub” category. I love scrubbing all year round but just before summer, when you’re most likely to expose your skin, it’s a good idea to exfoliate to ensure that healthy glow and smooth texture.
The first thing I noticed when I used this scrub was its great consistency. You can, in fact, tell by just looking at it. It has that rich almost oily quality to it that you know will leave your skin feeling soft and smooth. And the smell is just delicious, it’s sweet but has a light citrus note that adds a little ‘oomph’ to it. It’s a  refreshing fragrance of organic citrus essential oils of lemon, grapefruit and orange, enhanced with Sweet Benzoin which helps to heal dry skin. It’s also packed with  nourishing organic plant extracts, including Macadamia & Sweet Almond, organic essential oils and virgin coconut oil, so as you scrub you are hydrating and nourishing your skin straight away. If you want to treat yourself before going on holiday (or if you’re on staycation) give it a try – you won’t regret it.
